Zero Waste Reimbursement Program for Member Agencies

The JPA will be offering $449,968 to member agencies in fiscal year 23/24. The primary focus of the reimbursement program is to help Marin’s cities and towns institute local programs that contribute towards reaching the goal of Zero Waste and for state compliance in each of the cities/towns, the County and special districts.

Reimbursement funding is only available to those eligible agencies listed in ‘Reimbursement Guidelines’. These agencies are comprised of the cities and towns that are members of the Joint Powers’ Authority, and the Special Districts involved in the regulation of solid waste.
